FAQs

How do I place an order?
This is by-far one of my most popular FAQs. I have stewed over and over about how to answer this one easily, and have not come up with a concise answer. Yikes. But, this is what needs to be done:
1. Click on my fabric link and fall in love with some fabrics. If you are like me, this wont be hard….and then you have to narrow down to the ones that you simply cannot live without, which is the hardest part.
2. click on styles & sizes and figure out a pattern that will go perfectly with your fabric. Is it a dress, some pants, or some shorts?
3. pick a size
4. email me at browniegoose@hotmail.com with your fabric choice, choice of style and size that you will need.

Some people may want to switch up #1 and #2, depends on what side of your brain works best. Clear as mud?

How long will my order take to be finished?
Since I am the only seamstress with brownie-goose, and it is custom…please allow 6-12 weeks. It probably won’t take that long, but I feel better with the cushion. Most orders are turned around in 3 weeks, but busier times create longer turn-arounds.
UPDATE : I am currently SWAMPED with orders. SWAMPED. I am sewing as fast as I can, but please remember that I sell a quality item that cannot just be thrown together. I put a lot of time into my creations. I also have a family that needs my attention as well. Thanks for understanding and patience.

How do I pay you?
I accept personal checks and PayPal. You can mail me a check, or I can send you the PayPal invoice. Whatever tickles your fancy.

How much is shipping?
I charge $5 for shipping. I ship USPS priority mail, which advertises as 2-3 days. If you have a large order, it may be more since I may need a larger envelope. However, I tend to get very creative when it comes to their motto, “if it fits, it ships.”

When do you take orders?
Not always. I usually open orders for a certain time, and then close them while I get to work. You can always check my home page to know whether or not I am taking orders at the present time.
